The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures beverage quality and consistency, maintains bar cleanliness and inventory, and contributes to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience at Quest Plus Conference Center Manila.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, making recommendations, and responding to guest requests professionally.

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages served.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and tools.

Monitor and replenish bar stocks, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.

Conduct daily inventory checks and assist in stock control to minimize wastage and losses.

Operate POS systems and process guest transactions accurately.

Verify guests' age and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies.

Support outlet promotions and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including bar setup, cleaning, and cash reconciliation.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or any related course is an advantage.

At least one (1) year of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar food and beverage establishment.

Knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, wines, spirits, beers, and beverage service standards.

Familiarity with bar equipment, inventory management, and POS systems.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and late-night operations when required.
