He/She will assist his/her superior in maintaining highest standards of quality in food preparation and hygienee in his/her area. 

  • Controls food wastage, without compromising on food quality.
  • Ensures that inter-kitchen food transfers are accurate and conform to hotel policy.
  • Recommends changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service levels.
  • Recommends changes in menu at the time of new menu by introducing new dishes/presentations.
  • Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is operated, maintained and stored properly and is safe to use.
  • Provides constant on-the-job training and coaching for subordinates.
  • Adheres to environmentally friendly practices such as: reduce waste, recycle when possible and reuse, whenever applicable
  • Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • secondary schooling or equivalent technical school
  • with 3-5 years of related work experience
  • good communication skills
  • can start immediately
  • amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga
