Job Summary
Receiving and Updating of Buyer’s Documents and RequirementsDuties and Responsibilities
|
1. Receives,
arrange for scanning, arrange for filing all incoming buyer’s documents and requirements. |
|
|
|
2. Verifies
the contract number and input locator number of each document and requirement
received prior filing to respective buyer’s folders and input Iron Mountain Boxes
in Frebas for each document and requirements. |
|
|
|
3. Creation
of sapphire tickets for scanning and for filing of documents and requirements
received. |
|
|
|
4. Have an
official business (OB) to Laguna Warehouse on a twice a month basis to
retrieve buyer’s files for those accounts already stored in the warehouse and
return those previously retrieved. |
|
|
|
6. Performs
other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. |
Technical Competencies and Skills
• Must have adequate knowledge in using computer, • Excellent attention to detailEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, such as Marketing Management
