The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of La Loca, ensuring efficient service, excellent guest experiences, and strong team performance. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, driving outlet revenue, and creating a warm and authentic Spanish dining experience aligned with the standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and Filinvest Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees daily restaurant operations and ensures smooth service flow during all operating hours.
- Leads, trains, and motivates the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensures consistent quality of food, beverages, and service standards through coordination with the Culinary team.
- Handles guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitors sales performance, inventory, costing, and operational efficiency.
- Supports marketing initiatives and strategies to increase outlet revenue and guest engagement.
- Maintains proper grooming, sanitation, safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Creates a positive, collaborative, and service-focused work environment.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset
- Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and meet financial targets
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
