About the job Operations Associate - Registration Docketing
Job Summary:
- Preparation of documents needed for RRT title audit
- Coordination with CIDC, BFU, Accounting and Securities Custodian if with audit findings
- Attach copy of memo to the tickets
- Ensure movement of RRT title audit
- Monitoring of tickets until closing
- Preparation of documents for title pull-out from Securities Custodian (e.g. approved title audit ticket of each account, checklist, etc.)
- Creation of ticket for title pull-out from Securities Custodian
- Preparation of complete docket (e.g. Owner's duplicate copy of title, tax declaration/CNI, tax clerance, RPT OR and DOARLCA, if applicable
- Preparation of transmittal per bank
- Endorsement of complete collateral documents to the messenger for delivery to the banks
- Creation of ticket for bank transmittal scanning on Therefore system
- CALM tagging
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle delivery of collateral documents to partner banks.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding Real Property Tax (RPT) concerns.
- Process and monitor RPT assessments.
- Update and maintain registration and docketing reports.
- Coordinate with banks on the status of submitted documents.
- Schedule meetings with accredited banks as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a real estate company, preferably with exposure to registration processes.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- With strong organizational skills and maturity; potential for future supervisory role.
- Preferably female.
- Must be willing to work in a purely office-based setup.
- Preferably residing near One Filinvest for accessibility.
