Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Lead supports all planning and performance management, business intelligence, and corporate reporting requirements of Filinvest Alabang, Inc. Reporting under the Business Intelligence Manager, this role blends analytics, reporting, research, and cross-functional coordination to guide strategic and operational decisions. This role requires someone who can independently manage workstreams with accuracy, efficiency, and strategic thinking, and who can translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for management and key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze project, sales, customer, and market data
  • Prepare regular dashboards, performance reports, and management presentations
  • Develop insightful narratives and value-adding headlines that contextualize data and support strategic decision-making
  • Generate insights related to sales performance, buyer profiles, pricing, and market trends
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, PD) for data gathering, validation, and alignment
  • Maintain and enhance BI tools, trackers, templates, and documentation
  • Support feasibility inputs, market research, and scenario modeling
  • Design and maintain presentation materials primarily using Canva, ensuring outputs are visually clear, consistent, and aligned with corporate standards

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 2–4 years relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, research, or project development
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and data visualization; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build logical narratives and write executive-level headlines and insights
  • Proficient in Canva (or similar presentation tools) for creating management and board-level materials
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
