Duties and Responsibilities

FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leads the conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of marketing and sales generating marketing activities. 2. Drives sales by conceptualizing and implementing new and/or historically effective marketing strategies. 3. Prepares a Promotion Work Plan per quarter that will address the Sales and Marketing needs of the team. 4. Responsible for budget monitoring of assigned Sales and Marketing fund. 5. Provides quarterly activities that will improve sales performance of the team. 6. Responsible for competitive scanning, market performance, and any forms of monitoring what the competition is doing. 7. Coordinates with Corporate Marketing Department on all marketing and branding needs and guidelines of and for the team 8. Develops and utilizes Digital Marketing materials side by side with Traditional Marketing Materials. 9. Handles the Project Marketing Offices: basic maintenance, seasonal decorations, event decorations.
