Job Summary

This role sets standards, drives alignment across BU Finance teams, and serves as a key interface to the Group CFO/EXCOM.

Duties and Responsibilities

Role focus: Own part of the FP&A governance (like, but not limited to, Management Reports, Analysis, CAPEX, Policies, or as assigned by the FP&A Head). 

Key responsibilities
  • Lead Group FP&A governance across multiple local entities covering any of the following: planning calendar, modeling standards, key assumptions framework, and cross-BU comparability; ensure BU plans align to strategic pillars and leadership direction.
  • Synthesize BU forecasts into a Group view; run scenario planning and sensitivities; translate results into clear choices, trade-offs, and required actions for executives/boards.
  • Build and maintain the CAPEX project prioritization framework (value/strategic fit, risk, capacity constraints, timing).
  • Review and challenge major CAPEX business cases and investment proposals (ROI/NPV, risk, alternatives) and steer recommendations for approvals.
  • Partner directly with FDC Treasury to translate the CAPEX pipeline into fundable financing plans (cash flow impact, drawdown schedules, covenant/limit considerations), and ensure funding readiness for approved initiatives.
  • Own executive reporting standards and narrative: executive packs, investment committee materials, and strategic initiative reporting; ensure “one version of the truth.”
  • Coach FP&A managers/analysts across different BUs; drive capability building and continuous improvement, including systems implementations.

Qualifications:
  • 10–15 years FP&A/strategy/corporate finance with multi-BU exposure; strong executive communication and governance orientation.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, financial software/tools.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
