Job Description:
Responsible in offering multitude of services for hotel guests by providing Care, Convenience, Efficiency and to create the opportunity
to generate more/extra revenue by selling/promoting other products & services of the hotel by satisfying guest needs and wants through "OneStop shop" (motto: "multiple needs in once location" by Quest Care Center!).
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)- GOALS:
The job of a Quest Care Center Associate is executed satisfactorily when:
1.Financial Strategies are achieved - when Room Revenue through booking correspondence/s are accurately captured-implemented;
Incremental Revenue is generated through professional Upselling and/or Suggestive selling is practiced-promoted; Cost Efficiency and through Up-sell Revenue target contributions which are at least met or exceeded.
2. Guest/Customer Satisfaction are consistently maintained-achieved in the day to day operations based on alltypes of guest's
transactions or interactions, most notably, when "highlighted" in any On-line forum/site or written up in an outstanding way through
Guest Satisfaction Survey form or Guest Comment form.
3. Quality Assurance by ensuring that Guest Registration,Forms/Vouchers, Logs and Business Correspondence/s are legibly, decidedly and accurately secured/captured in an explicit manner.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel.
Previous experience in a guest service position; Front Office and or Concierge, Food and Beverage experience an asset. - Knowledge and experience in MS office programs
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service.
- Good knowledge of Front Office operations
- Knowledge of Hotel PMS preferred
- Good personality and charming is important in the way to represent himself on behalf of hotel management.
