The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while providing excellent guest service in alignment with the standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and Filinvest Hospitality. The role ensures a welcoming bar experience by delivering quality drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and creating positive interactions with guests.

The Bartender supports daily bar operations, restaurant service, and events by ensuring efficient beverage preparation, proper inventory handling, and consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provides attentive and personalized service to guests while creating a positive dining experience.
• Takes beverage orders accurately and ensures timely service.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area.
• Monitors beverage inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of supplies.
• Coordinates with F&B Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assists in handling guest requests and concerns professionally.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Bartender or F&B Service role in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setup is an advantage.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixing, and bar operations.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple guest requests.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Has a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
• Amenable to work in Clark.
