FILINVEST COMPANY: QPPC - LA LOCA Spanish Restaurant

He/She will organize and coordinate an F&B support team which ensures the availability of equipment and the safety, cleanliness and hygiene of areas and equipment. 

• Control food wastage
• Prepare mis-en-place
• Always ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the area
• Maintaining all kitchen equipment are in good condition
• Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned by superior

QUALIFICATIONS

• Secondary schooling equivalent technical school 
• with 1-2 years related work experience
• good communications skills
• can start immediately
• amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga
