He/She is responsible for organizing all activities within the operation with regards to f&B as well as equipment arrangement.
- Control and supervises the service towards guests in order to maintain service consistency
- To stand in for any member of the food & beverage division due to vacation / absence and ensure the
smooth operation of this area of the food & beverage division, monitoring performance of subordinates - Recommends promotions and assist in implementing new methods of food & beverage service procedures
- Competent in managing the entire bar operation such as costing and stock ordering
- Attends departmental meetings and briefings as well as other meeting of importance as required.
- Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged.
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify the F&B / Banquet Supervisor of potential
dangers. - Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Diploma or Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or any Management related course
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Good communication skills
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
