About the job Sales Manager (Hospitality)

Drive overall hotel revenue and profitability of all FDC Hotels by achieving or exceeding individual and teams monthly revenue and goals.
Work to develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the designated areas or accounts to support the strategy of account retention, penetration, and prospecting activities.
Maintain the highest standard of account coordination with all concerned departments and ensures management policies and procedures are effectively observed to meet or exceed clients expectations.
Serves as primary contact to assigned accounts and is responsible for the overall account handling and coordination with respective hotels.
Financial Success
- Supports and acts in accordance to the approved Individual Key Performance Objectives to boost the sales strategy.
- Implement strategies and activities to maximize generation of business revenue for rooms, F&B and other revenue generating opportunities.
- Maximize profitability and analyze all sources of business and develop those with the highest profit potential.
- Pro-actively solicits new clients and develops existing guests' loyalty.
- Maintain all sales files such as database, sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials.
- Monitor monthly account production results and come up with action plans.
- Monitor competitors performance and share relevant information to keep abreast in the industry trends and market condition.
- Understands the impact of department's operation on the overall hotel financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Accurately forecast business blocks for corporate and for meeting room segments.
Guest Relationship
- Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts with respective hotels (i.e., tracing, booking, contracting, coordination for site inspection, communicating with guests, and other departments).
Makes presence always known to customer. Is available to solve problem and/or suggest alternatives suitable to the clients desired arrangement. - Checks and monitors customer experience during their stay through the property Sales Manager in charge of the account.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and provide alternatives or solutions to solve these challenges.
- Promote the brand image of Crimson and Quest and all soon to open FDC hotels.
Internal Coordination
- Participates in the development and implementation of corrective actions to address service challenges and focuses on continuous improvement.
- Supports departmental and hotel programs.
- Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Currently employed in a deluxe hotel or similar high-end property, with proven sales experience.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain key client partnerships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adept in preparing reports and presentations.
- Technically savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and sales systems.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong skills in data interpretation, accuracy, and reporting.
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City.
