About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue and driving business growth across the full portfolio of FHC Hotels including Crimson, Quest, and upcoming properties. The role focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients and organizations, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring account productivity through effective relationship management and portfolio selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets across rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell the full portfolio of FHC Hotels to assigned and prospective corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Conduct account planning, business reviews, and performance analysis to ensure account growth and retention.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and secure contracts aligned with the company's commercial strategy.
- Maintain updated client databases, sales pipelines, and forecasts through CRM and reporting tools.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize account potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate account management within a deluxe or upscale property.

Strong background in handling corporate and MICE-related accounts.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close high-value partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven, with a focus on strategic selling.

Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
