About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our second shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and report any defects to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubrication.
• Accurately record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a second shift schedule.
