Job Summary
As a Staffing Manager at Fieldstrom, you will play a crucial role in driving our staffing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and placement. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike will be key to achieving our staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Proactively consult with clients to identify talent requirements and develop customized staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless and efficient staffing process.
- Staffing Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing team, including performance management and goal setting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of staffing strategies.
- Analyze staffing trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement innovative staffing solutions to address evolving client needs.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and account managers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
