- Estimated Compensation: $29.67 - $34.42 per hour (negotiable).
- Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours a week.

Summary of Duties
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments or disabilities. The PTA helps patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and other interventions outlined in the treatment plan.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certified, in accordance with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Instruct and assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document patient treatments, responses, and progress accurately and timely in the medical record.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue at home.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory and facility policies and procedures.
