- Estimated Compensation: $65.48.14 - $73.99 per hour (negotiable).
- Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours a week.

Summary of Duties
The Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of all therapy departments, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, staff development, and financial performance.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Current state licensure in respective therapy discipline. CPR certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certified, in accordance with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

- Provide leadership and direction to therapy department managers and staff.
- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Clinical Oversight
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, high-quality therapy services.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations.
Operational & Financial Management
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Analyze productivity, billing, and reimbursement trends to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with finance and administration on strategic planning and service expansion.
Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and evaluate therapy staff.
- Promote professional development and continuing education.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and other departments to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary committees.
