- Estimated Compensation: $40.35 - $45.00 per hour (negotiable).
- Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours a week.

Summary of Duties
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The RN will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certified, in accordance with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, emotional, and social aspects. Monitor and record vital signs and symptoms.
- Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and physician recommendations. Adjust care plans as needed to meet changing patient needs.
- Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Ensure compliance with all documentation standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a safe and clean environment.
