About the Role
We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. You will support a global client and ensure a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Requirements
- Native / near-native Dutch (C1/C2)
- English B2+
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Working Conditions
- Lisbon (On-site)

Rotational shifts:
- Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
- Weekend: 08:00 – 17:00
- 2 rotational days off
Compensation & Benefits
- €1100 gross x14
- €135 performance bonus x14
- €120 x11 (Attendance bonus)
