About the Role

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. You will support a global client and ensure a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Requirements

  • Native / near-native Dutch (C1/C2)
  • English B2+
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Working Conditions

  • Lisbon (On-site)
  • Rotational shifts:
    • Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
    • Weekend: 08:00 – 17:00
  • 2 rotational days off

Compensation & Benefits

  • €1100 gross x14
  • €135 performance bonus x14
  • €120 x11 (Attendance bonus)
