Customer Support Specialist (French-speaking)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality

What We're Looking For

• Native / C2 French + good English level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

What's in It for You

• Base Salary: €1,020 gross x14 salaries
• Bonus: €100 guaranteed (first 3 months) + performance-based bonus after
• Meal Allowance: €9.60/day (net, meal card)
• Transport Support: Up to €40/month reimbursement
• Welcome Bonus: €150 gross (paid in the 4th month)

• Only local candidates (within 30km of Porto)
• No relocation support
