Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Contract: Full-time
About the Role
Work remotely from Portugal as part of an international customer service team, supporting Czech-speaking customers. This is a great opportunity for candidates already based in Portugal who are looking for a stable weekday schedule and remote flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
What We're Looking For
- Native / C2 Czech + good English level
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work remotely in a structured environment
What's in It for You
- Base Salary: €890 gross x14 salaries
- Monthly Bonus: €80 (paid 11 months)
