Customer Service Specialist (Czech-speaking)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Contract: Full-time

About the Role

Work remotely from Portugal as part of an international customer service team, supporting Czech-speaking customers. This is a great opportunity for candidates already based in Portugal who are looking for a stable weekday schedule and remote flexibility.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Native / C2 Czech + good English level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely in a structured environment
