Customer Service Representative (Danish-speaking) – Barcelona (Remote/Hybrid)

We are currently hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international project with Festo, one of the leading companies in industrial automation and technology.
Location: Barcelona (work-from-home possible, but must be based locally)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)
Salary: €22,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 bonus
Start date: ASAP

What you'll do:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide support and solutions in a professional and timely manner
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues

What we're looking for:
C2 Danish + good English
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Based in Barcelona (or able to relocate independently)

Important:
This role is not fully remote from abroad — candidates must already be in Barcelona
No relocation package is provided
