We are hiring B2B Digital Sales Specialists to join the LinkedIn Refuel project, focusing on outbound sales and lead development within the digital advertising space.
Role Overview
This role focuses on B2B outbound sales, including cold calling, lead qualification, and engaging with decision-makers. You will work with prospective clients to identify needs and promote digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B sales activities, including cold calling

Generate, qualify, and manage leads through the sales funnel

Engage with decision-makers and identify business opportunities

Present digital advertising solutions to potential clients

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements

German language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience

Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies

B2B sales experience, ideally within tech or digital advertising

Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Offer & Compensation

Gross base salary: 4,300 BGN

Target bonus: 2,000 BGN per quarter (performance-based)
