Urgent Hiring: Sales Developer – Reddit Project (Lisbon Based)

Are you already living in Lisbon and looking for your next challenge in B2B tech sales? We are currently looking for English-speaking Sales Developers to join an exciting project with Reddit!

With a start date as early as June 1st, we are moving quickly with interviews this week.

What you'll be doing: You will be the first point of contact for potential business clients—guiding them through the onboarding process, introducing them to the platform's advertising potential, and driving engagement through outbound communication and consultative sales.

What we are looking for:

• Work Authorization: Must hold an EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Work Visa/Residence Permit.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or Outbound Sales is a must.
• Language: Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Strong persuasion skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Already based in Lisbon or nearby (please note: relocation support is not provided for this urgent intake).

The Offer:

• Fixed Salary: Approx. €1,227 gross/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €320 gross/month
• Fully paid training from day one
