We are looking for a Dutch speaker to join our Lisbon hub. You'll be supporting a well-known digital platform, helping users solve problems and making their day a bit easier.

What will you actually be doing? No scripts that make you sound like a robot. You'll be the human voice behind the screen—handling chats, emails, and calls to help users navigate their issues. Yes, we have KPIs (like CSAT and NPS), but our real goal is a great customer experience.

What do you need to bring?

  • Dutch is a must (C1-C2), plus a good level of English to chat with your colleagues.
  • Experience: No need!
  • Flexibility: Our users are active 24/7, so we work on rotating shifts (Mon–Sun).
  • The spirit of adventure: You're either already in Portugal or ready to pack your bags and move here.
