Account Manager - Customer Success & Optimization (German Speaking) – Barcelona
We are looking for German speakers (C2) to join our team in Barcelona for a project in the hospitality and property tech sector. The start date is confirmed for March 16th, so we are looking for people who are ready to move quickly.
This isn't a standard support role. You'll be managing a portfolio of hosts, building long-term relationships, and helping them optimize their listings to perform better on the platform.
The Practical Details
- Start Date: March 16th (Training begins immediately).
- Salary: €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 in performance bonuses.
- Location: World Trade Center Barcelona (Office-based with a future hybrid path).
- Contract: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
- Relocation: We provide a support package if you are moving from outside Spain.
What the work looks like
- You'll be the main point of contact for new and existing hosts, helping them resolve concerns and stay satisfied with the service.
- You will use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track account growth and hit engagement KPIs.
- You'll act as the "Voice of the Customer," sharing feedback with product teams to improve the platform.
Who fits this role?
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- You speak German (C2) and have a professional level of English.
- You are comfortable with sales targets and performance-driven environments.
- Youre ready to be in Barcelona and start by March 16th.
