We are currently hiring Italian-speaking professionals for multiple projects within a leading international BPO company in Lisbon.

COMPENSATION & RELOCATION PACKAGE
Average gross monthly package: €1,350
OR
€1,050 gross monthly package + accommodation package
For candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon area, company accommodation is available (Private room in a shared apartment, utilities included).
START DATES
- 22 June 2026 – 15 July 2026

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:
Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
Resolving account, payment, order and service-related queries
Reviewing and moderating online content according to platform policies
Managing reservations and customer requests
Processing documentation and operational tasks
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Delivering high-quality customer experiences
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Italian (C1-C2)
Good command of English (B2+)
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Flexibility to work rotational schedules when required
