We are currently seeking Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international team based in Greece, with both on-site and remote (within Greece) options available, supported by a comprehensive relocation package.

Your Role

In this position, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic support to users across digital platforms
  • Review and moderate content in line with internal policies and community standards
  • Develop expertise in platform tools, systems, and workflows
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve user experience
  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse, international team

Work Model & Conditions

We offer flexible working options depending on project needs and location:

  • Work Model: On-site (Athens) or Remote (within Greece)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend shifts depending on project)
  • Working Hours: Either standard business hours or rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
  • Salary Range: €1,045 – €1,300 gross/month (depending on role, shift structure, and work model & paid over 14 salaries annually)

Additional Information:

  • Candidates relocating will be initially based in Athens
  • Remote work is available from anywhere within Greece after relocation or for locally based candidates

Relocation Package (EU Candidates)

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Portuguese (C1 level or above)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy, adaptability, and cultural awareness
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate or already based in Greece
