Customer Advisor (Czech + European Languages) – Hybrid | Ghent, Belgium

Role Overview

As a Customer Advisor, you will support customers across different channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational setting.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Important Conditions (Must be accepted)

  • 24/7 rotating shifts (7h30/day + 30 min break)
  • Initial contract: 1 3 6 months (not permanent from day 1)
  • First month fully on-site
  • After training: only 1 day/week remote
  • Must provide:
    • Reference letter from previous employer
    • Cover letter

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech + one of the following:
    Polish / Lithuanian / German / Russian
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and open to shift work
