Join a professional customer service team in Braga, supporting German-speaking customers in a structured and stable weekday role. Ideal for candidates already based in Portugal seeking a long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Native / C2 German + good English level
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

What's in It for You

• Base Salary: €1,055 gross x14 salaries
• Monthly Bonus: €100 gross x12
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

Important Notes

• Must already be based in Portugal (Braga/Aveiro area)
• No relocation support
