About the Role

Join a growing customer service team in Braga, supporting French-speaking clients in a professional environment. This is a great opportunity for locally based candidates in Portugal looking for stable weekday or flexible shift options.

Available Schedules

Option 1 (Weekdays Only)

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Option 2

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Option 3

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 19:30
• Saturday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

What You'll Do

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate internal records

What We're Looking For

• Native / C2 French (accent-free is mandatory)
• Good English level
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience is a plus

What's in It for You

• Base Salary: €930 gross x14 salaries
• Monthly Bonus: €85 – €155 gross x12 (depending on project/shift)

Important Notes

• Must already be based in Portugal (Braga/Aveiro area)
• No relocation support
• On-site role only
