The Impact You'll Make

• Digital Partner: Act as the primary support for Dutch-speaking SMBs, guiding them through advertising tools and account strategies via phone, email, and chat.
• Problem Solver: Identify client needs and provide effective, high-quality solutions to improve their advertising experience.
• Product Insights: Share direct feedback from the market to help Meta improve its tools and services for businesses worldwide.

Candidate Profile

• Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and a good command of English (B2+).
• Mindset: You are customer-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a genuine interest in the world of digital marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

• The Package: Monthly gross salary up to €1,684 (if you have your own place) or ~€1,359 + Company Housing included.
