About the Role

We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Sofia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets
• Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality communication

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

Working Conditions

• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Hybrid working model

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €19,634 – €22,344 gross annually
• Additional compensation: €2,914 (Q bonus)
