What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email

What We're Looking For

• Language Skills: Croatian (C1/C2) + English (B2)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
