Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts)

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Provide support via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • C2 German + C1 English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment

What's in It for You

Salary Progression (Hourly):

  • Month 1: €5.60/hour
  • Month 2: €8.10/hour
  • After probation: €8.50/hour
  • After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)
  • After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits:

  • Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (after 6 months)
  • Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
  • Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (paid after 1 month)

  • On-site role in Malta
