The Essentials

• Fixed Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (Non-negotiable because of training).
• Location: On-site in Barcelona (Glòries area).
• Contract: 38.5h/week, rotatory shifts (09:00 - 20:00).

Your Role As a Customer Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the travel experience. You will:

• Support Norwegian-speaking travelers and accommodation partners via phone and email.
• Solve inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and special requests.
• Mediate between guests and hosts to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Maintain a high level of service while navigating internal CRM tools.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluency: C2-level Norwegian + B2-level English.
• Mindset: You are a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys working in a team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with an empathetic touch.
• Commitment: Ready to relocate and start your journey on June 1st.
