Icelandic Speakers for Booking CS | Barcelona – Starting June 1st!

With a start date of June 1st, we are moving quickly with fast-track interviews this week.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Modern office near Westfield Glòries) 

Work Model: Hybrid (Combines home office and onsite training/collaboration) Start Date: June 1st (Urgent intake) 

Hours: 38.5 hours/week

The Role (Customer Service Specialist): As the voice of Booking.com, you will deliver world-class customer support, helping international travelers and global accommodation partners resolve inquiries regarding reservations, payments, and services via phone and email.

What we are looking for:

• Languages: C2 level Icelandic + advanced English.
• A passion for customer service, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy with good PC skills (Office 365, CRM databases).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel environments is highly valued but not mandatory.

• Salary: €22,249 gross/year
