We are hiring Finnish speakers with a background in sales or digital marketing to join the Google Ads project in Barcelona.

This is a great opportunity to manage your own B2B portfolio, working directly with Finnish companies and agency partners to help them optimize their digital advertising investments and maximize ROI.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (World Trade Center office) Work Model: Hybrid Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week)

What the role involves:

  • Building and strengthening business relationships with Finnish clients and agency partners.
  • Providing strategic consultancy and performance-boosting strategies using Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital marketing products.
  • Proactively engaging with customers via phone, video calls, and email to achieve sales targets.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through a quality consultative sales approach.

Requirements:

  • Languages: C2 level Finnish and a high level of English.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, account management, or online advertising.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Google products (Ads, AdSense, or YouTube) and strong analytical abilities.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and develop in tech sales.

  • Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 in performance bonuses.
