About the Role

We are currently looking for Dutch/Flemish-speaking professionals to join an international team in Madrid in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment.

In this role, you will be interacting with online users in a live, on-camera setting, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience while maintaining professionalism and energy throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and energetic presence on camera

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C1 level)
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,500/month (gross)
• Language Bonus: €4/hour (on-camera)
• Performance Bonus: up to €3/hour
• Average Total Earnings: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross
