About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support a global client in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries and deliver a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries and requests
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) + English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset

Working Conditions

• Lisbon (On-site)
• Rotational shifts: Mon–Sun 08:00–20:00 / Weekend included
• 2 rotational days off

Compensation

• €1100 x14
• €135 bonus x14 (Performance bonus)
• €120 allowance x11 (Attendance bonus)
