Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch and English regarding vehicle specifications, digital connected services, and dealer support.
• Provide first-contact resolution with a focus on premium quality, luxury service standards, and empathy.
• Manage user accounts, connected app troubleshooting, and customer requests in the CRM platform.
• Build lasting trust and brand loyalty with clients and prospective buyers.
• Escalate complex technical matters to specialist teams while keeping the customer informed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluency or native-level mastery in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent command of English.
• Current residence in Portugal with all required work authorization documents.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with high emotional intelligence.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated worker capable of thriving in a work-from-home environment.
