Key Responsibilities

• Interact with Danish customers across multiple channels: voice, email, and live chat.
• Deliver exceptional service standards that mirror the quality and reliability of the brand.
• Maintain precise CRM records and ensure swift follow-up on customer requests.
• Proactively identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable feedback with supervisors.
• Enhance brand retention by turning every inquiry into a positive customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish.
• Existing residence in Portugal with valid legal authorization to work.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort working across digital communication tools.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
• Availability to work rotational weekday shifts (07:00 – 19:00).
