Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Contract: Full-time

Join an international customer service team in Braga, supporting German-speaking customers in a dynamic environment with rotational shifts. A great opportunity for candidates already based in Portugal looking for stability and growth.

What You'll Do

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate internal records

What We're Looking For

• Native / C2 German + good English level
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Previous experience is a plus
