• Support customers via phone, email & chat

Work Setup

• 24/7 rotational shifts (7h30/day + breaks)
• First month: fully on-site training
• After: hybrid (1 day/week remote)

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German & Dutch + good English
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with shift-based work (24/7)
• Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented

• Initial contract is temporary (1–3–6 months)
