Main tasks:

• Lead the analysis of integration requirements and design robust solutions aligned with business objectives
  
• Develop and manage the implementation of integration processes using modern middleware and API technologies
  
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise applications
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure high system reliability and performance
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration architectures and processes
  
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure integrations meet quality, performance, and functionality standards
  
• Monitor and continuously optimize integration performance to enhance system efficiency
  
• Provide technical support and act as a mentor for junior developers and team members
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application integration, suggesting relevant improvements
  
• Ensure all integration activities are compliant with security standards and protocols

Your qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, Microsoft BizTalk, Mulesoft, or similar technologies
  
• In-depth understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other structured data formats
  
• Familiarity with security protocols relevant to data integration and system communication
  
• Proven ability to analyze complex integration challenges and design effective, scalable solutions
  
• Solid experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on designing and implementing integration solutions
  
• Several years of professional experience in IT integration, system development, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Independent, structured working style with strong analytical thinking
  
• Quick comprehension of technical and complex topics
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Fluent in English and German
