Main tasks:

• Conduct a detailed review of Production Planning (PP) processes within SAP
  
• Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and assess material usage and dependencies
  
• Evaluate and document the effects of changing procurement type from E (in-house production) to F (external purchase) on production orders, MRP, and cost structures
  
• Ensure seamless process integration between production and material management during the transition phase
  
• Review and optimize purchasing processes, including material requisitions, purchase order management, and goods receipt procedures
  
• Perform a comprehensive supplier analysis, assessing performance, quality, and lead times
  
• Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to maintain supply continuity throughout the model transition
  
• Analyze dependencies and potential impacts on related business areas such as sales and inventory management

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience with SAP PP and MM modules, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  
• Proven experience in SAP transformation or migration projects, preferably within multi-site operations
  
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, BOM management, and procurement models (Make vs. Buy)
  
• Familiarity with custom developments and legacy transaction codes in SAP
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into SAP process designs
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments and international teams
  
• Fluent in English and German
