Main tasks:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement tailored SAP Controlling solutions to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP CO during implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Work closely with finance and business leaders to ensure solutions address operational demands.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in adopting SAP CO best practices.
  • Drive enhancements, including changes to structures, allocations, and reporting requirements.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of SAP CO modules, including Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Margin Analysis.
  • Validate solutions through rigorous testing to ensure they meet functional specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization to improve performance and scalability.
  • Provide hands-on support and ensure timely resolution of SAP CO-related issues.

Your qualifications:

  • Several years SAP CO Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Deep expertise in SAP CO functionalities, including hands-on configuration experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in COPA and Margin Analysis solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of converting business requirements into technical solutions.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven problem-solving skills for both technical and functional challenges.
  • Knowledge of additional SAP modules and tools is a plus.
  • Resilience, a passion for learning, and the ability to think holistically.
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.
