Key Facts: SAP Program Manager, SAP Transformation, SAP Architecture, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, travelling within German-speaking Switzerland, in Zurich/home office.

Main tasks:

• End-to-End SAP Transformation: Lead and manage comprehensive SAP transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Strategic SAP Program Execution: Define and execute SAP program strategies, including project scope, objectives, governance models, and key success metrics.
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards across all SAP implementation phases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure program success.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage SAP architects, functional consultants, engineers, and change management specialists to drive collaboration and efficiency.
• Regulatory & Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, data security policies, and industry standards within SAP implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in SAP program delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Business Development Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal creation, and identification of new SAP opportunities.
• Global Team Management: Lead onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, fostering collaboration across global delivery models.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years in SAP program or project management, delivering large-scale SAP transformations.
• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of migration strategies, architecture, and implementation best practices.
• Governance & Risk Management: Expertise in SAP program governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
• SAP Methodologies: Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English and German.
• SAP Certifications: Certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Architecture, or related areas.
• Cloud & Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and integration with third-party systems.
• Business Development & Pre-Sales: Experience in proposal creation, client presentations, and identifying SAP growth opportunities.
