Main tasks:

• Assess and optimize IT infrastructure to align with business-critical projects, focusing on SAP implementation, CRM platforms, and evaluation of new IT tools aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive integration between Salesforce.com and SAP, ensuring seamless functionality to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure IT processes are aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and industry standards.
• Develop short- and long-term IT roadmaps to enable business strategy execution.
• Oversee IT project planning processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and priorities through effective portfolio management.
• Establish IT governance in collaboration with global IT teams to support project execution and adherence to standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance for project teams, implementing effective workflows and processes to optimize results.
• Monitor and deliver results for key IT initiatives, including SAP, CRM, and analytics projects.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to execute IT projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Strengthen partnerships with global IT teams to enhance digital transformation efforts.
• Act as a primary contact for IT-related business needs, including SAP and CRM solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across leadership teams and departments to foster alignment and project support.
• Prioritize and monitor the implementation of information security measures to mitigate risks.
• Support IT integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions within core business areas.
• Represent IT interests in cross-functional decision-making processes and leverage synergies across business units.
• Lead the S4/HANA conversion, ensuring alignment with global IT and business leadership teams.
• Oversee the post-implementation phase of S4/HANA, driving continuous process improvements.

Your qualifications:

• Diploma or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Optional certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, including strategy execution and SAP integration.
• Expertise in SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, GTS) with a focus on S4/HANA.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and digital transformation practices.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office, with advanced knowledge of project management tools.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, paired with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact across hierarchical levels.
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Experienced in conflict resolution and constructive feedback exchange.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams effectively.
