Main tasks:

• Spearheading the strategy, design, and upkeep of cutting-edge HR and Corporate Functions systems, along with a robust data architecture to support seamless operations.
• Driving the adoption and continuous improvement of global processes to efficiently manage project demands across HR, Corporate Functions, and IT, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to uncover business needs and craft innovative, tailored solutions that deliver real impact.
• Cultivating strong partnerships with external vendors managing HR and Corporate Functions platforms, ensuring top-tier performance and compliance with all contractual requirements.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of proven expertise in supporting HR and Corporate Functions, showcasing a deep understanding of the field.
• A solid grasp of IT architecture and platforms, with hands-on experience in solutions like SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
• Exceptional project management skills, with relevant certifications considered a strong advantage.
• A customer-first mindset paired with a global perspective, along with the flexibility to travel occasionally to meet business needs.
